About

Asafespacementor

Asafespacementor was dreamt up during the 2020 pandemic & Black Lives Matter Movement. Our founder Teya saw the need to create safe spaces for people to heal not only during this time but over the course of her life experiences. This moment in time just helped Teya gain an extra push to step into her purpose of serving her community. Asafespacementor began holding free wellness retreats September 2021. Since then Asafespace has expanded its reach and impact. From wellness retreats, community events, hiking groups and free therapy. Asafespace is on a mission to provide accessibility to wellbeing that is for the BIPOC community and is black and brown led. We stand for community, mental health, creativity, and a reconnection with nature to build a more sustainable future.
