Jasmine johnson

Jasmine Johnson, MS is a Certified Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor and a Women's Health and MIndset Coach. Being a BUSY person with the past 10 years rooted in Corporate & experiencing constant burnout, PCOS flare ups, emotional and mental exhaustion, I made the decision to break up with stress and old behaviors/habits that were holding me back from my highest potential and best wellbeing. To stop putting my needs LAST. That allowed me to start releasing self defeating habits and lack of info that led to being misinformed about my body, my personal needs and my overall wellbeing as a Woman. You deserve to be WELL, mentally sound and educated on how to properly take care of YOU. I help my clients cultivate self confidence in themselves and self advocacy by building self trust and transforming their mind with systems to reprogram negative thoughts in order to make micro shifts for major positive lifestyle changes towards their wellness.
