A Time to be Still Retreat

A Time to Be Still Retreat… Our first-ever silent retreat was a truly transformative experience. We created this space because we believe in the power of stillness—how it nurtures peace of mind, body, and spirit. Practicing silence allows you to finally listen, offering the clarity and joy we often miss in the rush of daily life.

The first evening, we focused on intention-setting, meditation, grounding, and release. The next morning, we prepared for our 9-hour silent journey with mindful movement and meditation. Each of us embraced the quiet in our own way, connecting with nature and our inner selves. A visit to a serene lake deepened the experience, as we collectively honored the stillness. By the end of the silence, it was clear how much our minds and bodies craved this pause—no phones, no responsibilities, just the bliss of being fully present.

We ended the day with celebration and meaningful reflections on the journey, sharing the profound shifts we felt. The following morning, we held our final meditation, set fire-pit intentions, and headed home, deeply nourished by the experience.

Held at the beautiful Spruceton Inn, this retreat was everything we needed—a safe, serene space surrounded by nature’s beauty. We left feeling held, peaceful, and excited to return next year.
